Jack is a 19 year old brown gelding. He is a finished barrel and pole horse. He runs 1/2D and 21 second poles un-pushed. He loves the poles! He stands 16 hands and probably 1300lbs. He has really good feet and nice thick bone. He is very sound and doenst require much maintenance. Jack loves the water and we have taken him swimming several times. He is a nice trail horse also - leads, follows, goes thru water, over logs, etc. I have taken him team penning a couple times and had no problems with the cattle either. Jack knows all the game classes and is very controllable. He walks in and out of the gate and really loves his job. I have owned him for 5 years and never thought I would sell him --- I am a 21 year old full time college student with 5 barrel horses - I am wanting to find him a little girl who is looking to step up to the next level - he has all the ability in the world and would make a great step up horse - Will lope through the pattern for you like a pleasure horse and will get down and run a set of cans when asked also. Jack clocked JUST out of the 2D money at the Sherburn, MN Barrel Bash both days against WPRA Great Lakes Circuit Champion, Tammy Whyte and we were just cruising to the first barrel. Cant say enough good things about him. He loads and unloads, loves bathes, clips, stands tied, drinks and eats well on the road.

I have only trail ridden on her, but she was supposedly hauled and seasoned on barrels. She could probably be brought back to the barrel pen, but I am not guaranteeing this. Odee is a 13 year old sorrel gelding who we have owned for 9 years. We bought him from the breeder who raised him and sold him to us when he was four - has NOT been passed around. He has been a GREAT horse - been used for Local shows, NBHA, IHSRA (High School Rodeo) as well as rodeos. He is a jam up team penning horse and is started coming out of the box swinging a rope. He LOVES cattle and is very gritty. He handles all the crappy ground well and always tries his heart out. He is 15.1 and 1300lbs. He is a very well built horse. He has qualified me for the NBHA Youth World finals competing just half the season. He is a very ratey horse that loves to cow the barrels. He is NOT a barrel knocker but needs drove into the pocket and let him work. He has been anywhere from the 1D to the 3D depending on the competition and how well his RIDER pilots him :) I ride free runners best and don't drive him up into his pocket very well - recently we ran in the 2D at the Waterloo, IA Barrel bash against Mesa Leavitt, Maddie Montchal, Julie Meyer, Amy Schimke and many top racers but I pulled over the third barrel. He is NOT a cheater and he loves his job. He is patterned on the poles and would finish out very nicely. We've never practiced him on poles because I had a 20 second pole horse but entering him at a few shows just cruising and not pushing runs 23 poles with LOTS of room to improve. He knows all the game classes; flags, speed, jumping figure 8.. .he is a JAM UP egg and spoon horse because hes soooo smooth. We were always told to enter him in the pleasure classes because he travels so nicely. There are sooo many good things to say about this horse - have PLENTY Of references... everywhere we go somebody compliments how nice he is. He is quiet to ride around and anyone can trail ride him. He is sound and sane 110%. An experienced kid could do some damage on this steed! He will go whatever speed you like and when your kid is ready to step up he has the talent to run with the big dogs... if your kid likes to kick! :) He will ONLY go to an approved home as I hate to sell this horse but my riding style does not do him justice. He is rodeo broke and nothing bothers him. Bathes, loads and backs out, clips, stands for farrier, UTD on shots and deworming - no issues getting shots or deworming also - I just give him his shots and dewormer out in the pasture - no halter or anything. Can ride him halter and lead, or with just a neck rope. The horse is B-R-O-K-E! Have taken him swimming too... whatever you ask this horse to do, he will do for you. Is a BIG People pleaser!! Would Really like to find him someone that will love on him everday and take the best care of him and not just run his legs off.
